Moritz Hausmann

Moritz Hausmann is active as a lawyer in all areas of criminal law, with the focus of his work being on commercial and fiscal criminal matters. In addition to defending individuals, his areas of practice include advising companies and executives, compliance and internal investigations.

Before joining CCI-LEGAL, he was a partner in a renowned Munich criminal law firm for several years. Prior to that, he worked for a private equity company based in Munich and for an international law firm in Cape Town (South Africa).

He is a member of the Wirtschaftsstrafrechtliche Vereinigung e. V., the German Bar Association - Criminal Law Working Group and the Bavarian Criminal Defense Lawyers' Initiative.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, he lectures in the field of medical and nursing criminal law for medical personnel for further training purposes.
